Midwest Bearfest is celebrating its 27th event this year on December 12-15, 2024 with friendly bears, cubs and pups+ from all over.
Host hotel: Wyndham Westfield at 18592 Carousel Lane, Westfield, Indiana
Midwest Bearfest Room Rate: $129.00/night plus tax, with a 3 night minimum. Deluxe Rooms are $149.00/night plus tax, with a 3 night minimum.
Please keep in mind, if you make a hotel reservation before registering for the event, your hotel reservation will be canceled automatically.
* A deposit of the first night's stay will be charged to the card used to reserve your room on or about November 12th.
Check in will be streamlined this year. Please have each of your tickets with QR code printed out OR pulled up on your phone when you check in. We will need to scan them.

- You've got to be 21 years old by the first day of Midwest Bearfest--Dec. 12, 2024 in order to party with us.
- Everybody has got to accept the terms of the liability waiver when they sign up. No exceptions.
- Be sure to pick the number of passes and t-shirts you need. There are always some t-shirts available to buy during the run, but only while the supplies last.
- You can buy run passes for more than one person, even if you're paying with one card. Just be sure to say how many passes you need up front, then fill out the info for each person joining you.
- If each person coming is paying with a different card, then fill out each form separately.
- If you plan to sell anything at the run, be sure to buy a vendor pass. Vendors can only buy a max of two passes: one for themselves, and another for a business associate. If you need more than two for your business, the extra people have to buy a regular run pass.
- The cost of the run pass doesn't include a t-shirt or a hotel room.

- Hotel rooms in prime locations are reserved for guys who pay for a full run pass, and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for details in your confirmation email.
- Failure to follow any rules set by Midwest BearPack, Midwest Bearfest or the host hotel resulting in damages will make you liable for the cost of damages.
